  Never again!. I felt like me ordering was an inconvenience to them. Also I watch three customers , who ordered after me get their food before me. When I asked about my food they wanted to see my receipt to see what I ordered. I showed them and the 20 min old time stamp. They promptly gave me a box and sent me on my way. I checked the box in the car . Wrong food altogether. Never again!

  My husband just went into the store in LaVergne TN and was treated awful!!!! He placed an order for 2 pepperoni pizzas and bread sticks. He paid and then waited and waited, 30 minutes and still no pizzas. They continued to wait and people behind him and give them their pizzas. They would ask him what he was waiting for every time someone got a pizza. Even the manager wouldn't tell him why he still didn't have his order. Unexceptionable customer service!!!!!!!!

  Went in Sunday evening to order a large meatlovers. Received wonderful and professional service. Found an intentional heartfelt surprise in the box this morning because I had not eaten but two slices out it due to not feeling well till today that was very appreciated. Thank you guys, your the best. This location and the Smyrna location have always given me above average service and have been a blessing in my life. Thanks again to all of you employees and managers at this location and I did find your heartfelt surprise this morning. This is Ron, the disabled veteran with the Jack Russel service dog. You guys are wonderful.

  Absolutely horrible service. Waited for 10min before I had to ask someone to take my order. They have only high school kids working with no supervisor. In need of new management desperately.
